Mariah Bacile was employed by me for approximately 3 and a half years. She served as a nanny and assisted with personal household tasks as well. My children were 12, 5, and 4 when she started working for our family. Childcare duties were as follows: picking up kids from school, making them snacks, getting them to extracurricular activities, bathing them, doing homework with them, making school lunches, dressing them, putting them to bed, helping with school projects, feeding kids dinner when needed, devotional time, summer activities like crafts, taking them to the park, movies, reading, taking them to fun events. Worked more hours each summer.
Mariah was responsible additionally for having reliable, insured transportation. She was responsible for a credit card that I issued her and she ran errands for me such as grocery shopping, dropping off and picking up dry-cleaning, she restocked household supplies, picked up prescriptions from pharmacy, purchased gifts, bought clothes for the kids. She was responsible for doing laundry weekly as well.
My children were attentively cared for by Mariah. They were always safe and in good hands. She took initiative, followed instructions, and was timely about her schedule. She carried out all duties described above efficiently and with our trust fully extended. She managed to meet and exceed expectations of her position for the 3 years she worked for us.
Mariah is kind, genuine, fun, unique, quirky, loving, funny, silly, thoughtful, warm, honest, and she has a big heart. She had a great disposition and was engaging with our children. We would consider her again for employment if a position were available. I do recommend Mariah for a nanny or childcare position.
